From the first day I moved in I thought that this was a great place to live, then I met the maintenance lady. She is extremely rude, very unprofessional, and nasty to the residents. I made several attempts to speak to the manager about her, but the manager never replied to my request of her audience. The maintenance lady continuously harasses and makes false accusations, without any proof, in regards to several residents. In laymen terms, she is out of control and appalling for business. If no action is taken about her abusive behavior she is going to continue damaging the companies reputation. Since the manager persistently fails to respect the residents who pay rent and will not take the time to listen to the customers concerns is just as rude and unprofessional. The failure to manage the employees under them is a sign of weak leadership. I strongly do not recommend living here under this management.
