This was my first place living out with my wife and we are not too impressed. Our unit was supposedly refurbished just before we came in, however there were several rips in the carpet, obvious water damage to the kitchen counters, and a front door that eventually would not lock! On top of that the bottom edge of the same door eventually broke off creating a hole in the bottom of the door. I will say that most of the work requests we put in got answered quickly, however they did remove the french doors from our luandy room and it took a month and another request for it to be replaced.
They also have some "interesting" new rules that come out every so often. The newest one is that if they catch you using a bbq withen 10 feet of your home you can be kicked out and/or recieve up to a $2500 fine.

If your upset with the BBQ rule-read the fire code. That's a city ordinance that ain't in the control of the community. Maybe they just don't want you to be out of pocket the $2500 fine and thrown in jail for a year.
