i tottal agree with you! thats what me and my huband did , we looked this place up on line because it seemed real nice and it was cheap too! I hate it here!!

Ok, I have lived her for almost 4 years. I have never had a problem here. On the very rare occasion something does happen out here, management is usually pretty quick to respond appropriately. h00h00dilly implied that a sex offender lives here in my community. I went to the Virginia State Police Sex Offender Registry website (http://sex-offender.vsp.virginia.gov/sor/index.htm) and did a search to find out who he was referring to. I found out instead that h00h00dilly was lying. In case anyone is interested in the truth, a person is added to the sex offender registry after they have been convicted. The sex offender registry even shows those who are currently locked up behind bars. But don't take my word for it, check out the website yourselves. As for you h00h00dilly-shame on you for lying. heya, if you don't like it, you might want to ask yourself why. Is it really everyone else, or is it you? Regardless, you can always move.

I totally agree with cafeinefiend! I have live in the community in the past as well and can hardly believe that this "person" could actually have the balls to prints such a thing as this. Granted under the U.S. Constitution we have the right to say what we want, but why the heck would you want to defame a property that I personally know would NOT knowingly have any person of "this nature" live within their community and you can darn well bet that they did everything within their "lawful" power to do whatever was necessary to take care of whatever the stituation was that presented itself! And I can bet you a zillion bucks that this h00h0dilly is on of those type of residents who has nuttin better to do than post his/her nastiness just because they can! Like cafeinefield, I have to believe this person is lying and does not have ALL the facts and if you are not happy with your "life" as a residnet in your home-then LEAVE!

I am a resident right, I have lived here for two years, there was a sex offender that live about three doors down from me, I dont know if he was ever convited but I know what he did and who he did it too so does everyone who lives around me, he ran from the cops and a few guy took off after him because the cop was to fat to catch him. anyway he was given 30 days to leave, then he moved behind the DMV or so I was told. othere than that this is a great place to live i love it here.

you know if a person goes to jail for being 18 and sleeping with a minor they call that a sex offender.. right? I also looked up the area on an offenders and it has a of a bit of offenders but hardly any are rapes and it's NOT that bad.. I'm from the columbus area.. get a zip code from there and look up registered sex offenders and prepare to be amazed!

there is a registered sex offender there you should go to the familywatchdog web page that will show a map of where they live and yes there is a sex offender there!
