We have lived here for almost two years. My husband is in the Navy so we had little time to look for a place. For the most part we like it. All of the people are very nice. We are always getting together and haveing cook outs. When we moved in everyone made us feel very welcomed. Everyone is very helpful if you need anything they are always trying to help. Now for the office staff, we have had our problems with them, but for the most part the are very nice. And mant. they are great. Really the only problems we have had here was the pedafile that did live here but had to move out, and then the trash in the complex behind us always jumping the fence.And as for parking you are only allowed two cars, but that doesnt apply to everyone. We had two and had to get rid on one because there was never any open parking. There is a rumor that Habor group is selling Pepperwood and the rent is going to sky rocket, and the office ladys and mant is loseing their jobs, which I hope is not true but I think it is. So if you havent moved in yet I would wait a few more weeks and check back to see how the onwers are.
