MY HUSBAND,CHILDREN AND I MOVED TO PEPPERWOOD IN '07. MY HUSBAND AND I ARE BOTH MILITARY. WE PAY ALOT OF MONEY FOR A SMALL SPACE. THE MASTER BEDROOM DOESN'T EVEN HAVE ENOUGH ROOM FOR THE QUEEN SIZE BED, BOOKSHELF AND TWO NIGHTSTANDS THAT WE HAVE. SO DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT PUTTING SOME DRESSERS IN THERE. THE LIVING ROOM IS TINY AND SO IS THE KITCHEN. THE MANAGEMENT(TERESA)IS SUCH A BIG LIER! SHE TELLS US THAT SHE'S GONNA FIX THINGS AND WEEKS EVEN MONTHS GO BY AND THINGS STAY THE SAME. THEY HAVE INSPECTIONS AT LEAST 4 TIMES A YEAR SO IF YOU HAVE A SECURITY SYSTEM ITS ALWAYS BEING COMPROMISED. IN EVERY TOWN HOME IN PEPPERWOOD THAT I HAVE VISITED AND OF COURSE THE ONE I STAY IN HAS A BIG WATER MARK ON THE DINING ROOM CEILING. THE TUB IS RIGHT ABOVE YOUR DINING ROOM TABLE IF YOU CHOSE TO PUT ONE IN THERE AND THE MAINTENANCE ALWAYS HAVE TO PATCH IT UP BUT ITS AN EYESORE. ALSO WE GOT ROBBED SO ITS A NOT A VERY SAFE NEIGHBORHOOD, OUR NEIGHBOR ON BOTH SIDES OF US ALSO GOT ROBBED. DON'T TRY TO HAVE MORE THAN ONE CAR AS MOST AMERICAN FAMILIES HAVE YOU WILL HAVE A HARD TIME FINDING A SPOT FOR THE SECOND ONE BECAUSE YOU ONLY GET SLOTTED ONE PARKING SPOT. PEOPLE ARE ALWAYS PARKING IN OUR SPOT AND THE OFFICE HAS YET TO CALL THE TOWING COMPANY. THAT LEAVES US BEING INCONVIENCED AND WE PAY FOR THE PARKING SPOT. THE LAST THING THAT I WILL REPORT IS THAT IT DOES HAVE ROACHES!!!! WE PAY OVER $1,000/MTH AND THE PLACE HAS ROACHES. THEY ONLY SPRAY TWICE A MONTH. GOOD LUCK IF YOU WANT TO MOVE HERE BUT I CERTAINLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT. WE ONLY STAYED BECAUSE MY HUSBAND KEPT GETTING DEPLOYED. WE ARE MOVING AS SOON AS I GET MY ORDERS BECAUSE I'M IN SCHOOL.

the new assistant manager is lying she hasn't been in the community for two years. that's just not true. Everything that she said just isn't true. As far as the roaches they have had several calls and complaints. The curtesy officer does live on the premises but when he is called it takes him so long to respond that you might as well not call him. And as far as her saying if the resident has problems they should contact the office.. How many times does it take to solve the same problem over and over again. If you don't believe that Pepperwood is not so great try it and see for yourselves. I wish you the best of luck.

You must have relatives that work for the apartments or the management company. These are ratings and opinions of people that live or lived at these apartments, why are so adamant on defending the apartment complex and their staff? I don't even live here but I just find it odd.... either way I don't really care

i live in pepperwood and haven't had those issues. when you call the front office they are pretty good about resolving your issues. and as far as the roach problem goes, i seen 1 since i lived here, and thats cause i left my patio screen open, now before you signed the lease i'm pretty sure you looked at the unit and seen how big it was, and i know theresa explained explained how the parking was and everything else. you still chose to sign those lease papers. however, there is nothing wrong with pepperwood, but for future reference don't move your butt in it if your not with it
