Well I could be here all day on this subject but I'll make it quick. First parking, you only get 1 assigned parking spot. If you have more than one car you have to fight for a spot. Maintenance, Mike is a good guy, his work is good. But the other one Jerry is an idiot. He does more talking than anything else. He has come over before to fix something said it was fixed and left. He had to come back several times for the same thing. He has no idea really on what he is doing. He lacks knowledge on being a repair man. Construction is poor. Upstairs squeaks ungodly. Front door sticks pretty much have to kick it at the bottom someday to open it. Outside shed is in very poor shape. Noise, big issue. If you military I recommend to stay out. You have rude tenants who like to come in at late hours of night and blare their ghetto music loud enough to rattle your house. If you report this to the office they recommend calling the Officer on the property. Nothing will be done and the office is to lazy to do anything about it. I mean I pay a lot of money to live here and can't even get a quite night of sleep. Safety is horrible. People fly threw the parking lot. A lot of houses have been broke into. At night the parking lot is full of what I like to call "street varmints" roaming around. I catch them behind my house all the time sitting on the AC units. They are very disrespectful. I am always finding trash from the food they have been eating in the yard. And last thing I will post. "The so call water bugs what a bunch of BS!!! We were having a BBQ one night and we killed at least 10 giant ROACHES. I caught one and brought it to a Bug Extermination Facility. They confirmed it was a roach not a water bug.

Thats really rude to call anyone an idiot and then say all he can do is pick up trash. If you have a problem with maintenance you should contact the manager but to belittle the poor man on the internet is a shame. And since you have been there for two years please tell me why you renewed your lease?? You should terminate your lease as soon as possible and do the leasing office a favor im sure they would be more than happy to see you go.
