THERE WERE TWO HISPANIC LOOKING MALES ONE OF THEM MIGHT OF BEEN ITALIAN I DONT KNOW, THEY WERE DRUG DEALERS, GIRLS CAME AND INSIDE, NEIGHBOORS COMPLAINED ABOUT SEX NOISES COMING OUT OF THEIR APARTMENT, THEY WORE LOTS OF JEWELRY AND LOOKED VERY HIGH CLASS, WE HAD SUSPISION ABOUT THEM AND CALLED THE COPS BUT THEY NEVER DID ANYTHING, THERE WERE 9 YEAR OLDS SMOKING WEED IN THE WALKWAYS WE THINK THEY GOT THE DRUGS FROM THEM.
