I have lived there for over 2 years. The management is very snobbish. They took out our cable and phone service, that includes internet and included their own. They added 30.00 to the rent for cable that goes out everytime that it is windy. My truck and my husband's truck have both been keyed. You will have loud noisy kids running around all day and night. There is trash on the ground due to pick up only being once a week. You can hear gunshots all of the time. You are in just a bad neighboorhood like any other in Portsmouth, so what else can you expect. I can not wait to buy a house and get out of there. They go up on the rent at least 3 times a year. Maintenance still has not fixed an electrical problem since we moved in 2 years ago. The apartments look they were put to together on a tight budget a 2 week schedule. Our ceiling is cracked and the so-called storage which they add as part of their pitch and then will later tell you that you are not allowed to out anything in, is starting to flood where the upstairs water heater is leaking and the ceiling is alreasy failing apart. Management nows about that as well. Just FYI, you will not see your deposit b/c they will find all sorts of stuff and then still send you a bill. STAY AWAY!!!

ok if there is stuff that was not fixed why the hell did you stay?? If its that bad then move!!! and they cant raise the rent until your lease is up.
