The previous comment was a little bit dramatic. To be realistic, the neighborhood isn't half bad. The apartments have been remodeled and they're gorgeous, I guarantee you won't find this much space and luxury at this price anywhere else in hampton roads. We have a few bad neighbors, but most of them are good people and you don't hear much from them. If that woman had that much of a problem with the property, why'd she stay 2 years' The children are everywhere but that's only from about 3-6 because they're in school and they have curfews. The cable has only gone out once for me and I've been here a year and that was during a really bad snow storm. It's satellite, what did she expect' And it's included in the rent. the maintenance has never taken more than a couple hours to respond to a problem. And there's only one person in the office that i dislike, but I don't ever have to see her but when i drop off the rent once a month. Overall, I'd say that Westwinds is one of the best I've stayed in. It has it's faults but if you got your car keyed twice you might want to take a look in your enemy's direction.
