when I moved to westwinds years ago I thought that the staff was nice an helpful. I've come to find out that they are snobby stuck up and have very poor people skills unless you have only half a working brain. when you move into a new apt they make you do a walkthrough discrepency list which my wife and I did. it was turned in and nothing was fixed. big surprise' they said that they were putting new appliances in, and its been a year.wow thats quick! recently I had a problem with my front door closing because the door frame where the doors deadlock goes into, was falling apart. which was on my initial discrepency list, so we are clear. when I moved in they said that the apt was beautiful and was just redone. bull/s. so anyway about the door, I had told one of the maintenance workers about it when it wasn't that bad, now it's f ---. so i went and tal--- to the real winners at the front office which I should have known was a pointless effort.I pretty much should have just had two complete strangers simultaneously punch me in the face. it was like talking to people with no ears. I think they were rehearsing the crap excuses they were feeding me. they said that I obviously loc--- my keys out and that I kic--- the door in which was just speculation on their part. lets get to the door now. when they said beautiful they obviously weren't counting the door that loo--- like it was punched with brass knuckles for 24 straight hours. so anyway that's all I can deal with for now. good advice is to just go behind a foodlion and steal a couple of boxes and just live in them. if you want aggrevation just go visit the scumbag slumlords of westwind apts.

Yes thanks for your thoughts. We know exactly who you are and we didn't make up any information about your door, your WIFE told us that you kic--- the door in when ya'll were breaking up. So we didn't pull that information out of anywhere, we were told that was the case by your other leaseholder, your WIFE! And if we are so worthless than why do you continue to live here? You are angry because you were being made to pay for one of your thoughtless acts. And if you need any work done to your apartment, why not simply drop off a list and ask us to complete it, rather than say we don't do anything. Are we mind readers? I don't think so, out of 408 apartments and a consistent 100% occupancy and an ongoing waitlist to get in here, I hardly think were worthless and slumlords. Besides you still live here. How does that make you and your comments look now?

I have to agree with this anonymous person on the 'winners in the front office.' Anytime i put in a maintenance ticket, i have to call and make sure the next day that they really did enter it into the computer, a complete hassle on my part. It sucks. I never knew that living in an apartment was this ridiculous. I have had many issues with my heat,a/c,mailbox being broken into, and maintenance members entering into my apartment without even leaving a note behind that they entered. I have had to resort to breaking my lease, and re-locating to a different place which managment team can cope with the number of occupants that it leases out to begin with. If Westwinds apartments can't cope with 408 apartments, and an ongoing 100% occupancy. THEN WHY DON'T THEY HIRE MORE PEOPLE, OR DON'T LEASE SO MANY APARTMENTS OUT TO PEOPLE! I don't think that this is a good excuse not to tend to your Occupants. I would never suggest anyone to move here, all of the neighbors are friendly but i can't deal with a managment team, that can't manage themselves. Just my personal opinion.

I totally agree with all the bad responses on here!! Westwinds is the worst place you could ever live at or work. i work there for almost a year and a half first off they dont pay their employees ----. Im so glad I found the same job making $15 an hour doing the same thing. If you guys want people to work for you that give a ---- then maybe you need to pay them more. I dont even wanna get started on the Corporate office... ------- she is a total piece of ----!! If your not rich and snobby like her then she dont like you, or if you look better than her. That was my problem she hated me which I had the same feelings for her too. The only person that was worht a ---- was the assistant manager they fired because of the rating she wrote on here, which is a croc of ---- too. that should have never happened. Ripley Heatwole Community's suck and I wouldnt never suggest any of their complexs to anyone who is looking for somethin!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I so so agree with Angela. The corporate office's dealings with staff and residents are equally "horrible". I also do not recommend Ripley Heatwole communities as a home or office! Westwinds would probably be a much nicer place to live with stronger management "on site" and the **$$& out the corporate office.
