I just moved here but I have to say that I am happy with my choice.

The price is great for the square footage and it is an easy commute to the shipyard.

The apartments are well maintained: lawn is mowed, litter is removed, and common areas are swept at least weekly.

Also it seems to be a good neighborhood with kids playing outside after school and the lack of gun fire.

The application process is a little in depth but it seems to have done the job, but what really sold me on the place is high level of military personnel living here.

Go with your own I suppose.
