The other comment about the security deposit is very true! I recently moved out of the community and when we had a first walk through the manager told us what she specifically wanted me to go over again and stated that we would definatly get our full security deposit back.

WRONG! Now I'm being charged for a housekeeping fee for no reason.....the place was spotless when I left! Definatly cleaner than when I moved in! Also the light fixtures they choose for the hallways are hard to change light bulbs, I had replaced the globe back on the celing after changing the light bulb and then it feel down....now I'm being charged for that too....even though I put in a work order a week before I move out to have it replaced!
Over all it's not definatly not the best place to live.....you constantly have people walking around or sitting on your steps outside your apartment, you truly can hear everything that is going on in the apartment above you, especially pets eventhough there is a no pet policy! Maybe for a select few there is!!! If it's a feeling of safety your looking for I would not live here.
I also had to pay for the new carpet that the people before me messed up, why didn't they have to pay for that out of their security deposit! Also when we put our security deposit in we reserved a second floor apartment in feb.

we knew that we were not going to be moving until august, so when we came in the finalize the lease.....they informed us that we would no longer be able to have the second floor apartment....the lady who lived there had some kinda of problem with housing and even though she had put in her notice to vacat we had to take a different apartment.........shouldn't she have had to move'''''' It was her fault not mine!!!!
