I've been living at Westwinds for a year now and I have nothing bad to say. The apartments are spacious, reasonably priced, and well maintained, the staff is knowledgable and helpful, maintenance is prompt and hassle-free, and the area is as good as it could be. Portsmouth is a pretty sketchy town, but Westwinds is located in the safer, cleaner Churchland neighborhood. My husband is military and is gone out to sea a lot so we knew that we wanted to live in as secure an area as possible without breaking the bank, and Westwinds was definitely the right choice. We've had absolutely no problems with our cable (which is the only included amenity), in fact, the only issue we've had here is with one of our neighbors who (falsely) accused my husband and I of damaging one of their vehicles in the parking lot. All in all, my time at Westwinds has been pleasant and I will be a little sad to leave.
