Great place to live - I lived at Pepperwood for 1 year, during that timeframe I did not have any issues. Not a good choice... I wouldn't live here even if it was free. Something was always broken like the old washer and dryer that 8 units shared. I was always killing roaches or spiders. Parking was a pain because I was never able to get a spot close to my unit. Just do yourself a favor and stay
