I lived ay Jefferson Pointe for about five years, moving in right after they were built. It was a nice place to live, a decent price, and the staff was great to work with. The maintenance requests were taken care of immediately, and I had no real problems. I was actually sad to move out! However, the rent started at $575 a month my first year and went to $625 the last year I was there. Since it was approaching a mortgage payment, I decided to move.
