We moved from out of state for work into Jefferson Pointe. The staff was nice and the property was very clean. We had a few problems with quality of the building. We could feel the wind blowing through the window jams and could actually see the wind blow a piece of paper we put up near the window. Next the washer, dryer and dishwasher were not even K-Mart quality, they were the cheapest I think I have ever seen. They would not alow us to use the ones we owned!!! Noise was terrible, it was very close to the freeway and all we heard was traffic. We also had a neigfhbors dog barking all day long for about 3 months until he moved out.. That really was bad.

Other than that all was great.
