I have lived in Jefferson Pointe for the past year and I've loved it. I don't know who the person is that complained about noise, but, my apartment is virtually sound proof. I can't even hear the newborn baby that is in the apartment next to me! Washer & dryer could be of better quality, but, hey..they get the job done. The office and maintenance staff are great! I've had to call maintenance for a couple of things and they were there in a timely manner and fixed my problems. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone!
