no complaints I have lived in Jefferson Pointe for the past year and I've loved it. I don't know who the person is that complained about noise, but, my apartment is virtually sound proof. I can't even hear the newborn baby that is in the apartment next to me! Washer & dryer

Not bad I lived ay Jefferson Pointe for about five years, moving in right after they were built. It was a nice place to live, a decent price, and the staff was great to work with. The maintenance requests were taken care of immediately, and I had no real problems. I was actually sad

Just a few problems- other wise OK We moved from out of state for work into Jefferson Pointe. The staff was nice and the property was very clean. We had a few problems with quality of the building. We could feel the wind blowing through the window jams and could actually see the wind blow a piece
