They have very poor management.
Its rare that you find anyone in the office.
I tried to get my hot water heater fixed for 10 months now, and they won't do anything.
The parking is fine, except if you want someone to visit, then you are out of luck.
Very unattractive on the outside, decent on the inside.
Very inefficient heating system so high electric bills in the winter.
Overall I would not recommend this place!
