If you dont mind loud neighbors..and parties its an ok place to live! Rent is ok..but the managment sucks! If you want an animal you better beware of the 2500.00 find that you will get if you get caught having one! But yet there will be people who live there and they would have like 3 and not even have anything said to them..I guess they choose there favorites! Parking absoutly sux b/c there is to many people and not enough parking! We had many notes on our doors warning us that they tow and you cant have grills! Walls are thin you can hear everything said by your neighbors through the bathroom vent..the sink, fridge, stove, bathtubs is yellow like back in the day! But other than that its an ok place!
