I have lived here for two years and I'm finally leaving...the place sucks. The parking is horrible and people are always messing with your cars! I'm a college student but don't need to party everynight and ruin everyone elses evening. The management blows as well, there is always a note on the door about something, the landlord tries to pressure you into signing a new lease and will try and come in anytime he feels like it. Overall I would tell anyone and everyone I know to not live there..they will try and take advantage of you and the maintenance are sketchy men! The pet policy is bull too, he has said no dogs in townhouse but I see them all the time

I'm the landlord, Doug Cerv. I assure you we don't pressure tenants to sign a lease. We distribute the paperwork. Tenants sign a new lease if they want too. We do give tenants a deadline to sign before we rent to another party. We do have pet policy and actively try to enforce. Maintenance sketchy men, we do a background check and drug check on our maintenance staff before they are hired. I stand behind my entire maintenace staff. We do post notices on the door for information and showing purposes. We believe in keeping our tenants informed. We do not enter apartment unless 24 hour notice is given in advance. I definitely do not enter units anytime I want. I personally live in complex and have never not found a parking space at any time in day or night. It just may not be directly in front of my apartment. I would love to discuss these false allegations with the person who wrote this. I can be reached at 540-639-3298.

Haha! I don't think that the maint. guys are sketchy, but they do just come and knock on your door anytime they please and YES for non-emergencies. And parking most definitely is a nightmare here at times, not always.
