My roommates and I moved to Copper Beech to be near campus but far enough away not to be around the constant party. We lived there for one year and have no problems. We received our entire security deposit back minus the carpet cleaning expense.
Parking sucks....there was only one time that I had to walk a crazy distance to get to my townhouse. Management is nice. Again, we had no problems.
