The grounds are clean and the atmosphere is very quiet compared to other apartment complexes in Radford. The office staff is always will to help tennants and the maintainance crew is quick to answer any call. It is helpful that the parking lot does not require a pass. Visitors can park anywhere. For the price, space and animities there is no other place in Radford you would rather be.
