Moved into this complex over 1 year ago without ever touring the facilities. The apartment manager gave such a nice 1st impression compared to other local sites that it made my decision very easy. Upon arrival the complex was as great as the personality I spoke with over the phone. The property has a convienent location near the interstate with quick, easy access to nearby Christiansburg, New River Community College in Dublin, and Virginia Tech in Blacksburg; not to mention, Radford University within walking distance. For the non-energetic folks there is even a bus/van service that will take you to class at Radford. The staff onsite even exceeds expectations by providing information about the local area upon request. Their knowledge of the area could rival any local information or travel center. They are also friendly and pleasant to deal with in a bussiness nature, but also a personal nature when you need someone to talk to or just to have a friend. All the amneties on site are great! All utilities included in rental cost are worth a Double Plus/Pro when ANY college student creates a budget. The list a positives goes on forever! Very few negatives to discuss. I HIGHLY reccomend this facility for anyone moving to this area or even top notch over ANY facility in Blacksburg for VT students & prospective students.
