Moved there my first year in Radford. I liked the fact that the bills were included. We had no major issues and if we did have an issue it was resolved quickly. I did however run into a roommate issue where my roommate had pets and I told management the day she brought them there, she had 3 cats and a dog. Also, she kept our apartment looking like CRAP so the carpet was ruined and the places was just nasty. I went to management hoping they could do something about the situation or let me move. THey told me they didn't have any units avilable for me to move into (my rent for the entire year was paid in full). It was to the point I never staid in the apartment. I had to get an attorney involve and once HV got a letter all of a sudden a unit was avilable. All in all HV was ok. Just be careful about the pet thing. I know that you can get a doctors note and they can't say anything about it but do not try to sneak one. THEY WILL FIND OUT!!! I would live there again!
