Matience men constantly walk into your apartment unannounced. My girlfriend was in the shower when they walked in, and never identified themselves till she walked out and saw them.
Horrible in upkeep of apartments, I went a year without many things being fixed then at the end of my lease they tried charging me for it.

hunters ridge SUCKS!! the walls have dust painted onto them because nobody actually CLEANED it before they painted it. the stove was disgusting when we moved in. the carpet already had stains on it in one of the bedrooms. at LEAST once a week some maintenence guy is walking in. i've been in bed, NAKED, and they've just walked into the room to check our window...what for, i have no idea. we've had two inspections within 3 hours of eachother, and then been charged 30 dollars for the blinds, which were FINE. this place is --------, the walls are paper thin so even on the third floor with my window closed i can still hear people's conversations i the parking lot. this place is a horrible place to live!
