I had multiple fines imposed on me by the management of hunters ridge. The first fine that i incurred came from a noise violation. This was absurd because there was no one in my apartment that night. Another phantom fine came in the form of a lounge chair left on my balcony which they deemed to be an eye sore. The final straw with this apartment came when the car I bought was towed the same day I purchased it because I hadn't obtained a parking sticker. The bad thing was the office had closed early that day so there was no way for me to get it. The tiny fine of 125 dollars for the tow was nothing compared to the nasty attitude management had when I confronted them with the problem. Then there was the 200 dollar damage fee for a cracked window seal which was there when I moved in. I had even inventoried it but they refused to listen to me. Basically told me to pay them or they would take me to court. HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE>>>> STAY IN THE DORMS....
