I pay WAY too much to live in this craphole. This place is a joke. Maintenance is practically nonexistant. The view from my balcony (rear-facing, might I add) is disgusting. The lawn is torn all to hell, and there is litter everywhere, and sawed down trees laying around. It is a major eyesore. Parking sucks too, especially if you have visitors. My shower leaks and my bedroom light has been messed up (in the WIRING!) all year and they "tried" to fix it once but it messed up again as soon as they left. Hot water is all messed up- there is no limit on how hot it gets and I have scalded myself out of the sink several times. This place also racks up a huge electric bill. All the outlets are upside down. Now that I think about it, I am really horrified that I pay so much to live here. My rent is due on the 15th but you SUPPOSEDLY have until the 20th to pay it, but they stick rude fliers on your door ON THE 15th if they haven't received your payment. The noise level is insane. If you don't enjoy partying 7 nights a week, this place has nothing to offer you. Seriously. And nothing is ever done about it. Nor about the fact that the people upstairs use my balcony as a giant ashtray, and have a yappy dog even though pets are not allowed. Bottome line: Hunters Ridge SUCKS. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!
