Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005
 
the office manager is a child herself. she does not handle complaints nor does she take her student residents seriously. as a parent paying the rent, you are swept under the carpet when you call to speak with her about a problem. the visitor parking is a joke. the whole problem rests in the office. get someone who is old enough to know what they are doing to run a complex this size.
