In summary, Hunter's Ridge sucks. I have lived at Hunter's Ridge for over a year and I have found that the ALL of the staff is ignorant and rude. Not only are they money grubbing, but they waste so much money on stupid stuff. For instance, they send out nine thousand renew your lease things a month after moving in and not only do they deliver it to your door but they MAIL IT to your permanent address. Save the postage!! Immediately after signing the lease and moving in the badgering to renew begins. Not only will they send dumb flyers but they call you every week. When you tell them that you are graduating and moving out of the area, they continue to call and badger you for renewing. Stupid.
My dryer wasn't drying my clothes and when I called them the lady actually had the nerve to ask me if I was overloading the thing. I know that some people don't know how to use a washer and dryer, but i don't think I'm that dumb. I believe six or seven months later they came to fix it and did a half ass job. My parents had to call and fuss and threaten to call the fire marshal for them to actually come fix it.

Basically, hunter's ridge is a joke. There is no such thing as energy conservation at this place. Cheap windows, cheap walls, old old appliances. Everything sucks. Do yourself a favor, spend your money wisely somewhere else!! SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV

I was there for ONE NIGHT and found all of the above to be 100% true! Also, they littered the door so much with papers and garbage from their leasing office that I really thought it was a bit excessive. They were leaving neon papers saying "Renew Your Lease Today" or "Get a Friend to Sign a Lease and get 100.00 free Money!" Like I would tell a friend to even consider living in this garbage dumpster of Radford. This was at the time of the original comment, one of the worst places I ever saw in the area. So bad that I left after ONE NIGHT in this hell hole and the continued through about another month and a half of letter writing and such in order to get out of my lease.
