The apartments are small, which was known, appliances are not worth using, microwave warms food, doesn't cook anything, dryer will be about 5 rounds before any clothes are actually dry, stove is old, and last time I checked, it took 13 mins before the water started to boil. Water Heater above my place busted over winter break, out apt flooded, so did theirs, they neglected to call anyone to let them know of such disaster. I have talked to them about the appliances issue, but all they will do is "fix" them if they aren't broke, they aren't broke they are old as crap.
