I just wanted everyone to know that I wrote one of the reviews that some think to be written by the staff. Sorry to tell you, I do not work at Hunters Ridge. Seriously, do you think that only the staff would write nice things' Grow up, really! Believe me when I say, I enjoyed my time at Hunters Ridge and I know my friends did as well. Just because some of you have had bad experiences, doesn't mean that others like me had a bad one also. It's very childish to accuse my review as fake and written by the staff. Obviously you have no idea of what you are talking about.

I would be interested to know whether Hunter's Ridge has undergone new management since the previous comments were posted. Back when I lived there, it was a haven for drunks, dope addicts and parties all hours of the day and night and during the week too. The management allowed it to continue even with repeated complaints which documented lease violation after violation with regard to excessive noise, illegal residents etc. I would also add that these comments are coming from a tolerating but conservative Christian female, then 20 years of age. I was made to feel uncomfortable when a room mate's boyfriend exposed himself several times walking through the apartment nude after being asked not to do that in the shared area. After complaining about the repeated indecent exposure in the shared common areas to management, I was threatened by the roommate and her friends and eventually disappeared off the face of the earth sticking Hunter's Ridge with a pretty hefty portion of their lease still unpaid. They havent bothered to come after me on it either because they know that I could sue them on several matters.

I do believe the management has changed since then, because they definitely "enforce the lease" now, but I wouldn't say that the way it is enforced is constructive or helpful.
