I just graduated from RU. Notice the writing style/sentence structure of the last 4 reviews...they're the same--Hunter's Ridge office staff. They're also the only 5's/Recommendations listed that I've seen.

I posted this as a response, but I'll post it as a separate review.

I was stuck at hunter's ridge with dope dealing roomates who busted down my bedroom door one night. I had to pay for the door. When I moved in, I subleased. The girl I was leasing from and I paid all of our fees, and I paid my rent. I packed my things, and on the day I was to transfer jobs, I drove 120 miles to Hunter's Ridge. One of the ladies who set up my sublease forgot one of the fees, and I slept in my car for a week while I waited for them to track the other girl down and make her pay the fee.

The gym is full of OLD equipment (E.G.-the seats on the machines are cracked and the stuffing is coming out.)

There are too many Visitors spaces and not enough resident parking. HR is party central, so I've had to park in the visitor overflow lot dozens of nights, and walk 1/2 mile to my apt. If you park in a visitor spot, YOU ARE TOWED.

The ladies in the office are sarcastic and rude, and they spam you LITERALLY everyday with letters on your door to release before the end of your first week.

There's a reason Hunter's Ridge always has rooms available while all other complexes in radford are filled.
Also...the "staff written" reviews were all posted within 2 or 3 weeks of each other, while the other reviews are more spread out. They were also added during office hours. (Not Sat, or Sunday)

I didn't choose the room mates, they were assigned to me.
