I have lived here since September of 2006. I signed a new lease because they pestered me. They will call after you sign to renew right away. They will not stop!!!! I moved into a new unit and it is in bad shape! There was water damge when I moved in. The rain came in because the gutters were clogged. How hard is that to fix' There is a leak in one room they did finally fix. Now, it has been almost a month and they have not fixed the ceiling where it fell down. IT FELL DOWN!!!!!!! There is mold in the walls and they will not work on it. They think KILZ paint will fix mold in the beams. Do not rent from there scheisters if you can go ANYWHERE ELSE!!!

Why didnt you tell the office that your unhappy? O yeah! Your to busy putting neagative comments on this web site, Do u live in 500A? I think I know u I live across the hall from you! You renewed your lease too! I want your unit, so get out, so I can come in! PEACE! CRY BABY!
