Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
This place is horrible, the facilities are deplorable and the staff is only nice to you right before you sign the lease.

The apt's are so dirty and so are the majority of people who rent here.
They will constantly send you notices and call you to ask if you are renewing from day 1.

Also they will charge you for the pettiest things and maintenance is bad.
They tried to charge us for one of the big 'blinds' that covers the ground floor sliding glass doors that had fallen off of its cheap plastic clip.
