This has been by far the worst apartment experience I have ever had. When we first moved in, the apartment we were placed in was complete garbage. The lock on the door was broken, they gave us wrong keys, the door frame looked like someone kicked in the door, there are spots all over our floors that sink when you step on them, the big sliding glass door has tons of gaps around it (letting in alot of cold air during the winter). Honestly, I could go on and on about all the things that are wrong with these places. Let me also add that when you call maintenance...they dont do a thing to fix your place. We have called numerous times, and nothing has ever been fixed or replaced. The management is worthless in my opinion. I dont think there is one person there that has a competent level of intelligence to manage a Burger King, let alone an entire apartment complex. Do yourself a favor and instead of paying them 250 dollars a month, just walk over to the river and throw your money in there. It will probably do more good that way. Lets also talk about towing. These people have so little to do with their lives, that they spend all the time searching for cars to tow, when there are always numerous spots open. They even towed my roommate who had a sticker on his car. Its awful living here. FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE
