Hunters Ridge Apartments is a Great place to live! It's a place where all your friends are, the staff is very down to earth!
The rent rates are always reasonable, Alot of these bad reveiws come from people that did not get their way or refused to report problems to the office.
It's a college property, No one in Radford has a place all to it's self with a tanning bed at your finger tips!
Hunters Ridge STAFF ROCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Really?? No RU student in their late teens/early 20's sounds like a radio advertisement, and no realistic review would give ALL 5's, no matter how "happy" they are. Read the reviews of the people who did actually complain to the office, and see how they were treated. There are plenty of them on here. How many years of complaining will it take the staff of Hunter's Ridge to realize that people are complaining for a reason, and they move out as soon as their lease is up.

Yeah...this post is from ------ or -------. ------- is always having a personal crisis she has to tell you and ------ is the hired henchman. She will not let you say anything. The maintainance staff left because of her. Go to Copper Beach and ask -----. She is a mean lady!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"YES" "I Love it here" hahaha. what a joke. Clearly a staff member. Hunters Ridge is garbage. How can this person declare saftery as a 5 when someone was murdered there and another seriously injured just last year?
