In reponse to the lady that tells all her personal business, she does tell alittle to much of more than you can bear. I called up their to put in a work order and all I heard was about was her surgery. If you cut her off she gets louder and louder and then rude if you don't listen to it.
She has all kinds of problems, If walk in that place you will come out knowing her whole life story.
eJust wanted to add my two cents. Hunters Ridge is a Great Place to live.

Forget getting anything fixed here. I have had work orders in for months. I will say my name is ---- and this place is terible. My floor is falling in...the sliding door leaks, the Ac and Microwave are messed up, the carpet is nasty. There is mold here and we are all sick. These people better hope Karma is BS.

I agree, Hunters Ridge is a very run down place, the one particular person in the main office is a horrible person, she really is if you move in do not get on her bad side believe me, and yes the buildings are nasty, old, and very run down. My carpet was digusting, and it had even been cleaned! Throughout the apartment everything is very cheaply did and for the most part barely hanging by a screw for most of the stuff. and the reason parties are so bad is because the people in the main office and cops, and nobody wants to go to the Ridge and party because its to far to walk or just sucky party apartments because they're crappy all round
