I lived at Scottish Hills apartment complex for a year and overall I was very pleased. Compared to other property managemt companies in the are it's not that bad. The office staff are very friendly, they are not strict about when they recive the rent check as long as its in a reasonable time, and were always there with-in a day when call for any problem. While staying there my roommates and I did have some issues with one of the other tenants living below us, but we reported it to management and they prompley took care of it. The only thing I agree with the previous comment is that sometimes the hall and outside of the building were cluttered with trash. Overall it was very affodable and a pleasant place to live
