Hunters Ridge is a Rip Off! - Some of the staff are great but the other half make the Hunters Ridge experience a nightmare. The apartments are cheap rent and quality wise, if there is a problem you can bet your bottom dollar that you will be paying double maybe even triple to have the problem attempted to be fixed by their "professional staff". I like it. - This was my first apartment. Is it the Ritz Carlton...no. But if you are just out of high school and starting college, yes it's pretty awesome. Love this place - I've lived at Scottish Hills for almost two years now in 2 different studio apartments and I love it. The size is not that big but on a budget for one person its a plenty. Decent Living - I lived in Copper Beech for two years, first in a two bedroom townhome and then a three bedroom. Im satisfied I have enjoyed my living experience at Hunter Ridge so far. I love all my neighboors and everyone is really friendly. I would suggest living here to any college student! Its not what i would call luxary living but hey i only pay 265 a month!!

Management? What Management? Big problem ever getting to talk to the property manager. He is never there or will not take calls or people when he is. The townhouse I live in is OK. Not really worth the money though! Maintenance used to be good. Problems were resolved quickly and professionally.

Home Sweet Home I've lived here for almost a year and have no complaints. I can't imagine a better living environment in a college town. Management is wonderful. Apartments adorable. Enviroment is very pleasant. Mostly calm and quiet.

No problems My roommates and I moved to Copper Beech to be near campus but far enough away not to be around the constant party. We lived there for one year and have no problems. We received our entire security deposit back minus the carpet cleaning expense.
