Management Has a Cold Heart

The management staff are nice before you become the tenant. Once you moved in, the management do not care about you any more. They are espeically hard on the rent late payment. Even you are one minute late, you are still gonna get a 10% of rent penalty. They really don't give a damn about the tenants. That's how they make money for their bonuses. Watch out for the management, they are pretty sly. After you moved in, they will get you in their way.
