I moved here earlier this year from the West Coast, and to this point I have been satisfied with my living conditions. The 24 hour cardio and weight room is a great amenity, and saves me from forking out additional finances for a high priced gym in the area. My apartment was well maintained, though I would of prefered black on black appliances as opposed to white on white.

One thing that has become evident is the people here on the East Coast are far more demanding and more uptight than those I'm used to on the West Coast. My only real beefs are that the gate directory only works if you have a local (703) or (571) number, and there could be more visitor parking. All in all the property is well maintained, in a nice area, and to this point adequately managed.
