VERY EXPENSIVE!!

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
i stayed here for 6mos, cuz it was the only thing available at the time.
adv
- nice friendly manager
- quick response
- clean and well-maintained
- bball court within a few feet and a pool
- brand new appliances (at least for me) w/ w/d in my unit
- minutes from reston town center (bestbuy and barnes.. woohoo!)
- paid utilities (for that friggin price, it better be)
disadv
- very expensive (frikking 1200/mo for a single bedroom!! thats more than your avg mortgage)
- insects and bugs
- tight parking spots, my car doors are full nicks and small dents

- shop for somewhere else cheaper, its too expensive even if they boast that they fix things right away.. so what
