This place seems great off the break. But it doesn't last. At first the utilities were included in the high rent, but now they are spliting it by building. The leasing office actually does a great job when it comes to service requests, and other customer service needs. But if you don't want a headache every single day of your life, don't come here, cause of parking. It used to be "park as you please" with a sticker. And everyone would park by there own building. Now, every apartment HAS 1 SPACE!! So the other person has to find a spot in these random spaces, where half the people just leave there cars anyway. Come home past 8:00, and you can forget about it. You got kids runnin all over the place, leaving there bikes and toys everywhere. And to top it off, they closed down the pool for some weak reason, and didn't even offer to bumd down the rent just a little. Overall, just don't be fooled, there are a lot better places right around the corners. This place seems great at first, but there seem to be some really stupid changes in place, and rent is going up. AVOID CHARTER OAK PERIOD!!!
