Kim is a great landlord overall. Very easy to get along with for the most part and is always understanding about everything. The only problem is the parking situation. It sucks. The rent is decent and the utilities were included but not anymore. There are way too many little kids running around with toys and being loud and annoying. They leave there bikes and dirty possesions all over the place. The biggest problem I had was that they control the month that the heat and AC is turned on for our use. So the heat gets turned on in about Oct. but if its hot it sucks for you because the AC is shut down. The police tend to be there a lot but we have yet to know why. The golf course is practically attached to all the units so thats nice if you want to take your dog for a midnight run. I would probably reccomend it to someone but only for a year as stuff does get very old. (THE STAFF IS GREAT)
