First off all whoever wrote the last 2 reviews appears to be illiterate and doesn't know what they are talking about. Learn to write the English language before attempting to write a review please. I have lived at Charter Oak for over 3 years and have nothing but kudos for the management team as well as the maintenance team. They always respond quickly and effeciently to any request I might have. Keep up the good work!
