I live on the Third floor.
The third floor is the best place to live.
I hear the first and second floors have a ton of bugs. Cave Crickets and Spiders mostly.
Anyone living in Reston VA knows that they are going to get bugs no matter where you live.
The third floor seems to me not to have all that many. The staff at the office are nice but are a little snobish. They don't answer questions with honest answers a lot of the time that is true. For instance the pool has a crack in it and they haven't fixed it and won't give you a good answer. No exercise room or facility (which most people don't use anyway but I would have) Rent is less than most places because the apartments are really old compared to everywhere else in area. It is right down the street from Reston Town Center which is nice. I have walked back and forth a bunch of times and it is nice to be able to go to a bar and drink and walk home. I would change a few things but compared to a lot of place it isn't that bad. You have a nice view of the golf course and it is quiet on the 3rd floor. If parking is important than this place is not for you. Parking is a pain in the A**.
