Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
The last review was a little harsh, I agree everything was a mess for about a week there, but it is back to normal now. Not a fancy place, but clean, quiet, and there are NO GANGS here. That is so rare in this area, that it has to be recognized. No gangs, no apartments full of illegal immigrants, and no crime. Alot of Reston apartments have bad crime now, and this is the exception to that. Maintainance is good, and the office handles things well I think.
