I have been living here for 15 months now, this place is great as compared to other neighboring communities.
Pros.
1. Floor plans-large apartment
2. Service requests are attended in time
3. Can pay rent and open a new service request online
4. Many cabinets (2bhk)
5. Small but good play area for kids
6. Quiet neighbors
Cons
1. One reserved parking space per apt
2. Only one bath
3. Heating is not very good-makes loud sound I have to use portable heaters
