Charter Oak used to be a great little apartment community. Key on the word used to be.
Management seems to change here quicker than the weather. We went from a good manager to another good manager to a bad manager who could not spell to a manager who does not seem to care AND who can not keep parking spots straight to save her life.
Rents went up to $1440 (from $1200) and then they could not fill the community and dropped them to $1100, bringing in some questionable renters.
The maintenance lady and maintenance guy here used to be great, but I haven't seen V and R in a while.
I can not WAIT until I get out of this place!
